- White rice is better than fried rice.
- Better than a boiled potato fries.
- Vegetables in stews, in stir-fry with chilli and raw better than cooked vegetables and coconut milk with a fat lot.
- Fresh fruits are better than fruit cooked with sugar (canned fruit).
- Lean meat boiled, baked (grill) better than the fried fatty meat as a steak eaten with sauce or cooked with coconut milk.
- Boiled chicken without skin, broiled, on toast is better than chicken with the skin greasy, fried or with coconut milk.
- Nonfat milk better than skim milk.
- Boiled fish, the grilled better than fried fish with coconut milk
- Pineapple, papaya better than apples, bananas, alpokad.
- Fruit, vegetables as snacks are better than sweets, taart, candy.
- Drink from the fruit or vegetables with sugar or without sugar is better than soft drinks and alcohol, syrup, canned fruit drinks.
