Choosing Foods that Address the Obesity

  11. Pineapple, papaya better than apples, bananas, alpokad.
  12. Fruit, vegetables as snacks are better than sweets, taart, candy.
  13. Drink from the fruit or vegetables with sugar or without sugar is better than soft drinks and alcohol, syrup, canned fruit drinks.
