Worth a try: To Wake Up On Time

The trick, before bed, think about what time you want to wake up. And slap your pillowaccording to the hours that you want to get up while saying that desire.

Example: 

If you want to get up at 3, slap a pillow 3 times before bed while saying "wake me at 3 '
If you want to get up at 7, slap a pillow 7 times and so on ..
If you want to get up at 3:30, slap a pillow three times, then slap your hands pillow half of swing (not to hit the pillow), if you slap a pillow that means one time, if you slap a half means half but not on the pillow. This goes to sleep day or night. Believe it or not? Try it.
